Amination Esports Rules & Terms

1. Player Eligibility

1. Players must provide accurate information when registering for an Amination Esports tournament.
2. Each player must use their own registered FC Mobile account and squad.
3. Players must not register multiple accounts in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Amination Esports may reject, suspend or remove an application where information appears to be false, misleading or fraudulent.
5. Players are responsible for keeping their account credentials private.

2. Fair Play

1. Every player must play fairly and honestly.
2. Cheating, exploiting glitches, manipulating results, match fixing or deliberately abusing game mechanics is prohibited.
3. Players must not intentionally disconnect or abandon a match in order to manipulate the result.
4. Players must not collude with another player to manipulate tournament standings or results.
5. Any attempt to deceive Amination Esports staff may result in disqualification.
6. Players are expected to respect opponents, staff, moderators and other members of the community.

3. Match Rules

1. Players must be available for their scheduled matches.
2. Players should arrive or be ready before their scheduled match time.
3. Players must follow instructions provided by Amination Esports staff or moderators.
4. Match results must be reported accurately.
5. Players may be required to provide screenshots, recordings or other evidence of a match result.
6. If a match is interrupted by a technical problem, the players must notify Amination Esports staff as soon as possible.
7. Amination Esports may decide whether a match should be replayed, continued, recorded as a result or otherwise resolved after reviewing the circumstances.

4. Reporting Problems

1. Players have the right to report problems, disputes, suspected cheating or unfair treatment to Amination Esports.
2. Reports should contain as much useful information as possible.
3. Screenshots, recordings, match information and other evidence may be requested.
4. Players must not submit deliberately false reports against another player.
5. Amination Esports staff will review reported issues and may request information from the players involved.

5. Tournament Administration

1. Amination Esports reserves the right to manage tournament schedules, draws, matches and standings.
2. Tournament draws may be randomised or generated according to the tournament format.
3. Amination Esports may postpone, reschedule, pause, restart or cancel a tournament where necessary.
4. Staff decisions may be made to protect the fairness and integrity of the competition.
5. Players must follow reasonable instructions from authorised Amination Esports staff.

6. Entry Fees & Refunds

1. Some future Amination Esports tournaments may require an entry fee.
2. Any applicable entry fee will be communicated before registration is completed.
3. Entry fees are generally non-refundable after a player's participation has been confirmed.
4. A refund may be considered where there is a legitimate and reasonable reason, at the discretion of Amination Esports.
5. A refund or correction may also be considered where an error by Amination Esports staff directly caused the problem.
6. Refund decisions may require the player to provide information or evidence relating to the request.
7. Nothing in this section is intended to remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Disqualification & Suspensions

1. A player may be warned, suspended or disqualified for violating tournament rules.
2. Serious cheating, fraud, harassment, match fixing or deliberate manipulation may result in immediate disqualification.
3. Amination Esports may remove a player from a tournament where continued participation would compromise the fairness or safety of the competition.
4. Where appropriate, previous tournament results, records or awards may be reviewed if serious misconduct is discovered.

8. Technical Problems

1. Amination Esports cannot guarantee that the website, tournament platform, internet connection, FC Mobile services or other third-party services will always operate without interruption.
2. Players are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and access to the game.
3. Technical problems should be reported immediately.
4. Where possible, Amination Esports will investigate technical problems and determine a fair resolution.
5. Amination Esports may not be responsible for failures caused by third-party services, internet providers, device failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. Liability

1. Players participate in Amination Esports tournaments at their own responsibility.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amination Esports is not responsible for losses, interruptions or problems caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
3. This may include internet failures, device failures, third-party platform outages, game-server problems, power interruptions or other technical problems.
4. Amination Esports does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or tournament services.
5. Nothing in these rules is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

10. Respect & Community Conduct

1. Players must treat opponents and staff respectfully.
2. Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech and abusive behaviour are not permitted.
3. Players must not deliberately disrupt tournament operations.
4. Disagreements should be reported to Amination Esports staff instead of becoming personal conflicts.

11. Evidence & Match Verification

1. Amination Esports may request evidence to verify tournament results.
2. Players must cooperate reasonably with verification requests.
3. Providing deliberately falsified evidence may result in disqualification.
4. Amination Esports may use available match information and evidence when resolving disputes.

12. Changes to These Rules

1. Amination Esports may update these rules when necessary.
2. Important rule changes will be communicated to players where reasonably possible.
3. Players participating in future tournaments may be required to accept the current version of the rules.

13. Final Statement

By participating in an Amination Esports tournament, players agree to follow these rules, compete fairly, respect other participants and cooperate with reasonable tournament administration.
