• Your FC Mobile username.
• Your email address.
• Your country.
• Your FC Mobile squad information or squad OVR where required by the platform.
• Your account and registration information.

• Information relating to reports, disputes, investigations and tournament administration.

If a future tournament uses a payment provider, payment-related information may also be processed by that provider. Amination Esports will only request or retain payment information where reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

• Register you for tournaments.

• Organise fixtures, brackets and tournament progression.

3. Tournament Information

Some information may need to be visible to other participants for a tournament to operate properly. This can include your player name, FC Mobile username, country, tournament participation, fixtures, results and relevant competitive statistics.

We aim to limit publicly displayed information to information that is reasonably necessary for tournament operation, community activity, reporting and competitive records.

4. Legal Basis and POPIA

Amination Esports will process personal information in accordance with applicable South African data-protection requirements, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), where applicable.

Personal information will be processed only for legitimate and specified purposes and, where required, on an appropriate lawful basis such as consent, performance of a service, compliance with a legal obligation or another lawful justification.

5. Children and Younger Participants

Amination Esports may allow younger participants to take part in tournaments where the relevant tournament rules permit it.

Where applicable law requires consent from a parent, guardian or other competent person before personal information relating to a child may be processed, the required consent must be obtained before the participant is accepted.

We will not knowingly process children's personal information in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
